Warranty & Exchange Policy

PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Product and Items to be exchanged or return will have to be supported with an Original Invoice and warranty card.
  2. Products and Items would be only exchanged under the below mentioned clauses:
    a) Products, which are damaged.
    b) Products, which are defective.
    c) Product with missing parts.
  3. Items purchased can be exchanged or refunded with-in 15 days provided: The product must be in its original packing condition (including instruction manual and all accessories), which means it is unworn, unopened from shrink wrap or seal opened, unused and in its original condition. Sew-in labels should be attached.
  4. Goods will not be considered for return or exchange after 15 days from the date of invoice. Standard warranty conditions shall apply in case of any defect/repair.
  5. If the product is purchased has a bundle, then the entire bundle (FOCs, GVS, accessories, etc.) need to be returned back in original condition.
  6. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit card account. Appropriate bank charges will be deducted.
  7. Service charges, if any, to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  8. Delivery & installation charges, if any, to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  9. Standard warranty term as applicable, against manufacturing defects only from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman

  12. Credit note shall be issued for the value of Shukran points redeemed at the time of original transaction.
